Boni Piper, MS. Spiritual Formation Director, Faculty, graduate of Seattle Pacific University’s Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy program, has been a psychotherapist for over 20 years. She attended the Reformed Presbyterian seminary in PA, and is a graduate of the CFDM Spiritual Direction program. Boni is a Bible study leader, spiritual director and retreat speaker.
Reverend Terry Tripp Spiritual Guidance Director, Faculty, is an ordained pastor in the PCUSA Church and currently serving as an Associate Pastor at First Presbyterian Church of Bellevue in Bellevue, WA. She also has been a spiritual director for nine years, having received her training through the CFDM ministry. She brings a depth of intimacy with God and herself as she teaches spiritual formation and guidance ministry.
Margie Van Duzer, M.A.R., Faculty, graduate of Cal Berkeley and Yale Divinity School, spiritual director, retreat leader, and adjunct professor of theology at Seattle Pacific University. She is currently in the D. Min program at George Fox University. Margie has been in spiritual direction ministry for over 15 years where she has provided guidance to individuals, supervised spiritual directors and led in spiritual formation for individuals, groups and churches.
Dale Helt, Faculty, worked with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship for over 20 years as a spiritual formation specialist. He is beginning a new ministry involving member care for the missionaries of Servant Partners who live and plant churches in urban slums around the world. Dale is also working towards being a licensed mental health counselor in Washington State. He is a graduate of the CFDM Spiritual Formation program.
Sara Wagner, Faculty, completed both Going Deeper with God and Going Deeper with God for the Sake of Others in the CFDM program. She has participated in Individual and Group Spiritual Direction as both a participant and as a facilitator and considers Spiritual Direction a fundamental part of her faith walk. Sara works as a Visiting Nurse for Group Health. She attends First Presbyterian Church in Bellevue, WA and has served as both an Elder and a Deacon.
